Another great kitchen transformation by the CCI team. This one had some challenges. Upon completion of demo, it was determined the roof framing and ceiling was done in such a manner that we couldn't really understand how it did not collapse. During the process of fixing, it was decided to raise the ceiling over the dining table so the homeowner could create a better space for her beautiful vintage chandelier.

Beautifully done auxiliary dwelling unit over 3 car garage. This project created much needed living space for a family member. May they get many years of enjoyment out of the space.

Our first balcony skylight. What a great option, really allows you to take in the views. Our purposes were that of egress from ADU bedroom on second floor of garage.

This galley style kitchen needed some creative thinking for functionality. Removed a hall, moved door opening for that bedroom, used as an office to the dining room area. New hardwood throughout. So much more space has made this kitchen so much more functional.

Coming soon! We are currently working on a base starting point for pricing on this 900 square foot Auxiliary Dwelling Unit ranch we a referring to as the Enfield ranch. The package will include price point, quality materials. Pricing is based on a 6ft foundation wall so all mechanicals can be stored in the basement along with opportunity for storage. We are also planning on the option for an 8ft foundation wall as a stand-alone primary residence on your building lot. The team at CCI will be happy to help you navigate the new ADU regulations to help determine the best possible option for your situation.
